How It Works
This policy applies from the date of purchase. Depending on your order status and the reason for your request, different coverage may apply.
Order Status & Refund Eligibility

| Awaiting Production | Full refund available. You may cancel your order at this stage. |
| In Production | Only shipping costs will be refunded (for non-production issues). |
| Shipped | No refund for non-production issues. |
| Delivered | No refund, return, or exchange for non-production issues. |
Please note:Â Personalized items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Full Coverage – We Take Responsibility
GiftPlog will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund in the following situations:
You received the wrong item or order
Your item arrived broken or damaged
The product quality is poor or defective
The custom content you received does not match what you provided
How to Request a Refund or Return
Contact our customer service team to request return authorization.
Follow the instructions provided by our representative.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order enters production, we immediately begin working on personalized items. If you wish to cancel after production has started, only the shipping cost will be refunded.
